how to print a copied text file for everytime after updated

ok..
 i used text file to display the records onto my system(inventory system) and i need to print it after i copied it everytime i had the sales. but whenever i need to print it, an error calls that the text file permission in denied. i had tried to change the properties of the files into achive but it still the same error. so pls help me.

The text file might not have been closed previously and when you might want to open the same again this error will get thrown. Probably some code will help me know the exact reason why the error was thrown. Please paste some code where you open the text file and do the stuff.

Check if you've put Close statements once you're done with the text-file. Ex. Close #1

before you print, try putting the "Reset" statement. this will close any open files.

eg...

Reset
call PrintTxtFile()
