Cisco 2516 Eth.(14 Hub Ports)/Dual Serial/ISDN-BRI Router

What can I do with a 2516 router in a home environment?
Cable Modem, LInksys 4port router and several PC's..

It's got 14 ethernet ports, dual serial, and an ISDN port..

My question is, can I connect it to my cable modem?
What other environments can I emulate?
And how can the 14 ethernet ports be used?

I know it is primarily a PPP to Ethernet router, but couldn't find any other info on the net.

Thanks!

Not unless you have two Ethernet ports. I believe you only have one (the 14 ports is one hub, one virtual interface on the router)
You can use the ethernet ports as a 10Mb hub only. Uplink it to your Linksys to add more systems as a hub only.

The reason you can't find much information on Cisco's web site:
NOTE: This product has reached end-of-sale or end-of-life status; it cannot be ordered and may no longer be supported.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps233/products_data_sheet09186a0080092047.html

About the only other thing you can do with it is to use it as a learning tool to learn about Cisco commands.
