Sorry I just read my last post and I can hardly make sense of what I wrote. I meant to say that, Connection problems are usually related to simple settings that have not been set correctly however with more stubborn cases sometimes the driver that runs the sync has not been detected properly. This solution from Compaq should help allot. <br />

click options<br />
from the dropdownbox selsect usb activesync<br />
also use AS 3.6<br />
