Hi drjulius ...

As far as I'm aware, there are no free C++ to VB converters, and the commercial ones will be very expensive and the converted code may not appear as you'd expect.

One of the reasons for this is because the languages handle things like data types, memory and pointers very differently from each other as does library availability, and subsequently there is no direct translation ... ie ... it's not just syntax conversion, but method conversion  also.

However with VB.NET and VC++ .NET using the same libraries base and framework, compiling to the same MSIL code,  there most definately should be a converter and decompiler.

If you're using .NET, let us know and we'll find a translator for you.

Hope this helps,
STeve
