Upload Bean corrupts PDF files in Dreamweaver MX
This is a small problem, but it's been bugging me
I've used the com.oreilly.servlet.Multip artRequest to upload PDF files. I can open the files fine through explorer (or any other way). The problem is, when the files I try to open the uploaded file through Dreamweaver MX, it complains: "Can't find an editor for the file extension." All other pdf's when opened through dreamweaver spawn Acrobat and open the file...
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help.
not quite understand you question, where do you store you uploaded file?
ASKER
Uploaded files are stored in a normal directory on the server.... that folder is mapped to my computer.
so you can open those uploaded files from windows explorer without problem? but you cannot open it from web page?
and how the pdf file is related to dreamweaver? isn't it should be opened by acrobat reader?
ASKER
-I can open them properly both through explorer and the web.
-Yes, dreamweaver should spawn the Acrobat reader.
The only reason I am concerned is that I'm wondering if the file or it's (mime/type) had been corrupted in the upload.
