How to upload files(Including Text/Binary Files) using JSP to MYSQL Database?

How to upload files using JSP to MYSQL Database?
I know that there should be something outstream

In MYSQL, I found that there is no field used for storing the said files.......
Please help.

I am using tomcat 3.3.X.
Java SDK 1.4.1

Could you please help me solving the problem?
