Hi. Can someone please help me?
I have been tasked with designing a custom email form (containing lots of custom fields) in Outlook which must be made available to the whole company in terms of them being able to send and receive it (i.e. view/modify the custom data and send back etc.).
The users access their emails using a variety of means:
1. Outlook 2002 via the LAN
2. Remotely using Outlook Web Access
3. Remotely using Outlook/Outlook express and IMAP
I have now designed the form to a certain extent, saved it in the organizational forms library and sent it on the LAN, and this works OK. But when I try to access the form remotely via IMAP and OWA I only see the first (i.e. standard) sheet and not my modified sheets. Can someone explain to me in simple terms what I need to do to be able for everyone (including the remote users) to receive and send this customised form?
Windows 2000 Server
Form designed in Outlook 2002
LAN users access via Outlook 2002
Remote Users access via Outlook Web Access, Outlook Express v5 onwards(via IMAP) and Outlook 97 onwards.
