promon.exe -  update me
Description:      Intel Pro100 + network card icon in the system tray by the clock. The tools typically display the
LEDs on the NIC, and information about the link status, duplex mode, etc. None of the functionality
of such agents is necessary or required.

Removal:      remove from registry startup
