Listview and Treeview without MSCOMCTL.OCX

Hi experts!

I wrote a application which uses Listviews and Treeviews from the MSCOMCTL.OCX, but now I have to rewrite this application not using any OCX anymore, because installing and registering such ocx is no longer allowed on my customers computers. I just kept in mind that the MSCOMCTL.OCX is nothing more than a wrapper for the API Functions. Do you know any class modules for TreeView and Listview which I can use instead of MSCOMCTL.OCX and where I can get them?

Can your customers not install the .ocx on their computers for lack of local admin privs?  Does that mean that they will be running your database from a file server?  If so, why not put the .ocx on the same server and just add a reference to it... should work without having the .ocx even be on their machine.

Yes they don't have the user rights to install it (writing to the registry is prohibited) and I can't change that. The frontend is located on the local hard disk. So the problem is that I can't register a ocx.
