Check frequently Name in Outlook2000

When check name automatically, and there are several similar names, the address is underlined with red, and I have to rightclick to find the correct person I want to email, I want to have the most frequently used name to be checked first.
I mail to John Smith several times per day, there is three John Smith in the global addressbook.
When I have emailed the right John Smith I want that next time I write john in the addressfield that the correct persson will be undelined right away, and if I want to send an email to someother John Smith I have to rightclick at the name in the addressfield.
Is this possible to do so? Please help me :)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Put in a middle initial.  That way you can type in John A, John B, John C etc.
