Reading Outlook info using CDO from a Windows System Service

I'm having problems getting a system service to access Outlook Exchange Global Address Book.
If the code (VB using CDO) is run as an executable, all is fine but not when running as a service.
What should I know that I don't?

Hint: Permissions

Answer: If you are running a service as local system, it will not have access to the mailbox.  The solution will have to run under a domain account that has access to the mailbox in question. (I'm assuming that you have already solved the equation of using a dynamic profile and calling the logon function correctly.)
