all of a sudden my shortcut keys in Photoshop 7 on MacOSX are not working. For example: spacebar + opt to magnify will no longer function. Is there any way to reset my shortcut keys or make new ones or fix this problem?

Go to the Adobe site and download "OS X Keyboard Shortcut Fix". This will get you back to normal. BTW it's spacebar + cmd to magnify.
