Backup the local user and group?

  on files server(windows 2000 advance server),i created many users and group.

so i want backup the users and groups and restore this on backup files server.

Backup the "System State data" when doing a backup.  You can also create an Emergency Repair Diskette.  As long as the SAM database is small enough to fit on diskette, it will be copied there.  You can then use this diskette on the backup server by doing a repair installation and restoring the database onto the backup server.
