win 2000 server to server replication

I have set up a network with two win2000 servers.  1st server (master DC) has SQL server loaded.  2nd server (DC) has exchange 2000 and ISA Server loaded.  1st server does not have the three exchange tabs available in the 'active directory users and computers' user properties, unlike the 2nd server.  Is this normal or is replication not occuring for some reason.  Also, how do you set the replication intervals for server to server replication.

that's normal because all those tabs are on the exchange server.

The reason is that you do not have the Exchange Admin Tools loaded... They are on the Exchange CD.

I don't seem to be able to find the Admin tools on the CD.  Any ideas where else I might get them.
