"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Its very easy and fun writting such programs.Use getvect and setvect function available in dos.h header file. u can change the ISR address to whatever u want.

TO seriously prepare for GATE exam , u should buy some private material , that is what my friends did, and u have to spend lots of time studying and may be mugging up. but overall gate is tough , so prepare hard for that. i myself gave that exam this year but , its difficult to study and work at the same time. u have to dedicate max. time for gate prep. , and u shouldnt do anything while u r preparing for GATE. slog for it.

well real benefit is only, if get best percentile. U can get admission to IITs, that is something .
otherwise if u plan to do some boring teaching job in engg. college and if that is what ur aim is then do ME from any college on GATE score and then follows the PHD...haha

All the best and good luck

Tejas.
