Take alook at this.  It should work (with minor changes) in CR9

i 've already checked this link.
it only works if the printer supports the user defined paper size which is not my case.
i am looking on how to use the crPaperUser constant and try to force the paper size from code.

I don't know of any method.  CR is very dependent on the printer driver.

Take a look at

http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/TechnicalPapers/scrprinterdependency.pdf.asp

Do you know of a printer that will support the paper size?  If so is that printer close to the one you use so that its printer driver might work?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
