Lotus provided a utility in R5 to migrate messages and contacts from Outlook 98/2000 (not Outlook Express) to Lotus Notes.

The best way to migrate from Outlook Express is to install Outlook 98/2000, import the messages and contacts from Outlook Express to Outlook .PST format, and then use the utility to migrate from Outlook 98/2000 to Lotus Notes.

To find this goto the Notes Admin help file look for the doc titled "Migrating users and Mail Data". The tool is part of the Notes Admin client and must be specified to be installed as a custom choice (not a default option when installing the Admin client).

Hope this helps.. Good Luck.. Joe

Install Notes R6, use custom install, and include the Outlook Express migration tool.
