V3.com issue--unable to upgrade
This question is about www.V3.com , a very useful address relocation service. The service maps my publicized URL, http://yours.at/freemeds in to my "really real" URL,
http://users.erols.com/jones3745/free1b.htm
Thus the Web site can run for no extra charge in my ISP's Web space.
But here's the problem: I need REAL' bad to upgrade to www.V3.com 's Gold service, but cannot, due to a problem with my password. It's Catch-22. I can't get one-on-one help because I don't have Gold service. I can't get Gold service without one-on-one help. What I need to do is set my password to wotetro and/or enter my current E-mail address, DrJones@alum.MIT.edu Changing my public URL is not an option, since I have spent literally years building awareness of it. I E-mailed the www.V3.com people, but didn't get a reply [to my current E-mail address].
Does anybody have any ideas about how to communicate with the www.V3.com people and upgrade my service? I am willing to pay; that is not the issue.
