Hi,

How can I enter in Windows NT workstation's VGA mode if it is not accepting my Administrator password?

vga mode is not meant to bypass administrator password.
you still need the administrator passord if u want to boot into vga mode..vga mode is used to troubleshoot display related problems...

vga mode is entered by taking the menu choice on bootup.
if u dont get that choice...you need to modify your boot.ini file.
