Custom Keyboard Mapping in OS X

I have Mac OS X 10.2.4. Is there a way I can map unicode characters (Hebrew, Greek, Russian, et cetera) to keys on my standard English QWERTY keyboard? Do I have to make a custom font, or can I simply map, say, the "A" key to Unicode #05D0 (Hebrew Aleph). Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it wasn't an "A" but I had to find the stuff myself, although a link to it was in the readme file
(sort of, the wording I used in the google search was in the readme)

Well, what the hell - "A". Good job.
Oh, I'm surprised to be rewarded the points!
I thought ozo's comment to be much more applicable.
If that was a mistake: is there anything I can do?
If that was no mistake: well, again, I'm surprised, but thanks very much. :)
No, see: I found a link to the tn2056 doc in the readme of the program you posted before I saw ozo's comment go up. <keypart> I also figured it out before ozo posted </keypart>. Neither tn2056 or your program contained the exact solution (but tn2056 was much closer), but neother of you really helped much, see? you both gave the same link. Even though roper gave it indirectly, he gave it first. From tn2056 I searched or the correct term and found this site:

http://wordherd.com/keyboards

which allows you to make unicode keyboards easily and for free.

Thanks to all; sorry OZO bu the luck was against you.
Righto.

Thanks very much again then.
