Can Data On Hard Drive Be Gained Back Again After Quick Format " C: format/q " some people can do that ??

some people can return back their thier on hard disk data after quick format like this C:\format/q  if anybody know please help me

If you backed up your computer onto another drive or CD, you could restore it back onto the drive, but it's probably not going to be the complete lastest files on your HD before you formatted.

You does not understand which i wanted to ask you i am asking that some people can bring back their data after quick format c:\format d:/q and their is a way to give such sort of command that i can be return back no use of any recover or backup creating software needed my friend can do this by undoing format like redo and undo he can undo quick format and return back his data but he does not tell me ............i am wittness of that thing really since long i am finding that thing but no body knows please give me comments at this .....Thank you
