There &nbsp;is a way to turn off popups in IE though it effects all popups. And a general pain in the butt.<br />
Try and alternative browser such as Opera. Pop-ups can be toggled off and on with a 2/1 button push.<br />
I believe Mozilla has a similar feature.

I get popups like this about once a day. Would a firewall block them? Where are they coming from? Is it like a mass-IP mailer? Anyone else experiencing this?
