When creating a stand alone application using IntraWeb, I get
"Coninitialize has not been called" on my web browser. This
error does not occur when I replace ADO with other database
components such as dbExpress or BDE. Does anyone have any
trick to avoid this error?

greeting,
Ferry

CoInitialize must be called for each thread which uses com library..
so, put in your main forms/datamodul create CoInitialize(nil); and in destroy event CoUninitialize;

ATOZED refers:

Set the ComInitialization property in your application's server controller.
