http://htmlhelp.com
and
http://htmlhelpcentral.com
are 2 good resources.

Do a google search for "html help" and there will be loads of results.

Hope you find what your looking for.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

i'd like to add http://www.webstandards.org to the list, but maybe look at that when you know a bit more about HTML.

For an actual paper book, you can't go past O'Reilly - they do some of the best technical books around. Their old HTML4.0 book was fantastic, but I'm sure it's been updated since then.

Well, I aint too interested in online references. I prefer the old style. The book called "HTML - The Complete Reference" is an excellent purchase. My favourite.
