"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This can be done using VBScript.  You can get a list of items matching a particular date -- both standard and instances of recurring items -- and put this into an e-mail to be sent to any address.

Some additional info that may help you:

If you are running Outlook 2000, look in VBAOUTL9.CHM.  This will be in your "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033\" folder if you took the defaults when installing Office.

In this help file, go to:

Microsoft Outlook Visual Basic Reference
  Objects
    A
      AppointmentItem Object

This will lead you to info on Appointment items and there is a good example of VB code under GetOccurence for the RecurrencePattern object.

If you do not have Outlook 2000, there should is a similar help file for Outlook 98 and (I believe) for Outlook XP.
