VB- Winsock Control Mswinsck.ocx

I am currently attempting to use the Winsock ActiveX control in Visual Basic 6. I have loaded Microsoft Winsock Control - Mswinsck.ocx in components (Ctrl+T).  However calls, such as Winsock.Connect or Winsock.LocalIP don't work (I get an error message when I run the program).  Can anyone suggest how I might recitfy this problem?

Mmm, I don't think a could be a problem like that, I was wondering if there is anything you have to declare to in the code for visual basic to recognise commands like Winsock.Connect etc.
problem fixed
