Dear Sir,
I am running exchange server 5.5 and using Norton Corporate Edition 7.0 . The norton  seems to be catching various viruses in the imcdata\in folder on regular intervals. Yaha showed up first every 5 min or second.I know that the imcdata\in folder is the holding folder for incoming mail through the smtp engine, what I do not understand is why is this is happening on such a regular basis from the outside world to my exchange server. Can somebody be infected on the inside, and it going to this folder?
Any help in getting this to stop would be much appreciated.
Thnaks and best regards,
Sohail Akhtar

Does the virus show up anywhere else on the computer, maybe the whole system is infected. If itis just the mail that is infected try getting rid of all archived mail and start afresh....
