I had written a BIOS to initialize the hardware. My embedded device has linux OS. After the hardware initialization, I had to load my OS from hard disk into memory. Now my BIOS program should somehow call the bootloader(LILO). How shall I link my BIOS and Bootloader program?

If your BIOS supports INT 13h then you do as usual BIOS
is doing. It loads MBR from HD to memory and jumps to it.
