Have php symlink() works on window platform!

Hi Experts,

I'm running window 2000(AD) server,
php symlink() doesn't work on window platform!!!
is there any other way that can 'create shortcut'
or create symbolic link? if yes...how is it done?

I need to copy shortcut from files located in
other drive location which is different from
my web files.....pls advise.

you can do it with 3rd party utility called Junction:
