i've now formatted using the boot disk from win98. How do i install win2000 now???? im at the dos command. what command do i use?

Can anyone please run me thru a hard drive format (searched google without success) on windows 2000. I've tried making a boot disk using four disks and booting from there but a) failed to change to C drive and b)format command not recognised.<br />
