Clustering and storage

I have a Problem in using the secure path after configuring the cluster,I installed secure path,installation went through without any errors.I checked in the services and found that  securepath agent is started.When I try to open the secure path manager it will ask me to create a profile ,after creating the profile and logging in it says "Currently no information in available from any host on storage system 0!".I tried re-installing but it never worked properly.The version of secure path which we used here is 3.1b.From the internet I downloaded version 4.0(which is actually an upgrade copy of 3.1b.that is if secure path 3.1b is installed on the computer only it will allow to install 4.0),after I logon it says "Secure Path installed on 'hostname' is NOT an API version 7/6/5 compatible!.".Controller what we use is msa1000 with firmware 2.38.b122,operating system is windows 2000 advanced server with sp3.System is Ml350 G3 with D14 (08/19/2002)Rom.Fibre HBA is FCA-2101.I need help on solving this issue.
