From the time in milliseconds since 1/1/70 to 03/04/2003

Hello I have a CString with a date in milliseconds(or what i think is milliseconds) since 1/1/70
and I want to convert it to different CString in this format DD/MM/YYYY

milliseconds date: 1038873600000

Use ctime, or if using MFC, the CTime class.  The latter might be something like CTime(timeInSeconds).Format(_T("%d/%m/%y"))
