Would anyone be able to tell me where I can find info (or can tell me) on how to write a program in C++ (or C#) that stores user information (such as name, address, email, phone number, perhaps on a database?) and then allows you to send bulk emails using this information (like an address book)?  Thanks:)

We have enough spam thank you, don't make such programs, they're a pest and disease in the digital world!

Having said that, the web page that Mayank is pointing you to is a good place to start.

If you use EE as a place to collect info for the next virus you are about to write you WILL be tracked down. :-)
