How to savesetting in a textfile and gain these Savesettings again.
and also tell me can i save all form setting in the registry in one line ornot please tell me

Yes, you can save all settings in one registry key, if you make it binary. I wouldn't recommend it though, since you are running into major trouble if you move on to your next program version that has an incompatible layout for storing data.

Although Microsoft encourages the use of the registry to store program information, using .ini files has advantages. Information can be found here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/sysinfo/base/registry_functions.asp . Have a look at the 16bit-windows compatibility functions GetPrivateProfile* and WritePrivateProfile*
