Pivot Table Query

I have a table called WAS_IS
Contract_Number
Status_0302
Status_0301
Net_Investment_0302
Net_Investment_0301

The statuses are
0
1
2
3

How can I write a pivot query that will output the following
*************Count-Status_0302-0***Count-Status_0302-1***Count-Status_0302-2***Count-Status_0302-3
Status_0301-0
Status_0301-1
Status_0301-2
Status_0301-3

Thanks

You can use Function Table with Oracle 9i.  And it will be very easy.
