Hi ,
our old domain was domainA.com , our new is domainB.com (for example).
Our users settings (Outlook settings , profiles , desktop) are at c:\documents and settings\username , and then new profile is at c:\documents and settings\domainB.com.username

How do we "sucessfully" copy over all the settings without a mess?

I want to keep this as seamless as possible for users...

thanks in advance

Steve

right click my computer/properties then go to  user profiles tab.  From there you'll see all accounts regardless of domain.  You can copy domainA/user to domainB/use.  To do this you'll need to be on a administrator acct.
