Outlook 98 Custom Forms

I am trying to customise MS Outlook 98 by way of Forms. I need to customise Tasks and Calendar items so that Outlook can be more effective as a diary/reminder system to suit a number of business specific requirements.

I am having trouble finding advanced documentation on how to set up forms and would be greatful for any guidance.

Many Thanks,
Dave

The Microsoft Office website has old 98 example tools using custom forms.  I opted to by the Customizing Outlook 98 book a couple of years ago.  You need some VB experience for more advanced features.
I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish but let me give you an example I did at my office.

We have a task folder for the Technology group.  People can email directly or we can drag a message to it.  This creates a task which we can update and mark complete.  Once it is complete, it auto-generates an email to the creator and anyone that is listed under the Contact field under a task.  Was that something more of what you were trying to do?
