Yo just burn it like you burn the normal cd. You will not lose any part of movie. i have tried it and it worked out for me. I have burnt 740MB movie file on 700MB Cd-r. It works. You better use Nero Burning rom.

Thank you b_vishwajit , but I used Nero Burning Rom to burn it and get error "over capacity". I already tried CD Creator 6.0 , still not make it neither. Splitter program is not helping. :( :( :( ... it is family movie ... :( :(

Then you should try compressing the movie. Or try converting avi to mpeg. You can use TMPEG utility for that.
Here is the link where you can download TMPEG http://www.downseek.com/download/21411.asp. I think this is a compression problem. But the trick I have used should work for you too. Try this. It may take hours together for compression. Also read the instructions on that page.

Oh!! The link I gave you is taking you to the downseek search engine.

Instead use this: Go to google search engine (www.google.com).
Use the keyword tmpeg and click on search button. Then click on the second link. Or you can also use the first link (www.tmpgenc.com). Hope it works:).
