Hi,

I connect to my companies Exchange server via a VPN link.  I can send and recieve emails fine.  But I cannot download the Address Book.

According to Outlook 2002 Help I should be able to go to Send/Recieve and choose the option "Download Address Book" however the option is not there.

What am I missing ?

Cheers

Have you tried using the option under "Syncronize -> download Address Book."

I don't have an option to Syncronize i'm pretty sure you don't have that with this version for Outlook. I go into Define send/recieve groups and there is nothing there for the address book either.

Your Exchange server must first be configured to create an Offline Address Book.  This is done from the server side and is not provided by default.
Do you know if this has been done yet?
