Which dns server is assigned to my eth0 by dhcp
I don't know how to see which dns server is assigned to my eth0 port on my linux machine. With ifconfig I can see the ip-address, the mac-address etc. but not which dns server is assigned. How can I resolve this? Like in Windows you can see with winipcfg on win9x and with ipconfig/all on nt,2k,xp what dns server is assigned to the nic.
Please help.... i'm a newbie on linux!
