Modem connected to router

Router having one isdn interface and lan port.router is configured with isdn connection(for internet backup) and now want to connect a internet server with cable modem to lan port of the router to use it for internet. The internet server having the second lan is connected to intranet. The client must connect to internet through internet server but when ever there is connection fail it should route through router to use the isdn connection.
The router has only one isdn interface and lan port(no).

What kind of routers?

If they are Cisco, use HSRP and interface tracking to make sure the cable interface is up.  When that goes down, the other router will take over and should dial the ISDN modem.

If your server is setup for Internet Connection Sharing or RRAS/NAT, then you will have to also setup NAT on the router, or use the IP addresses assigned by your ISP on the ISDN side.
