Does anybody know how to add an icon to the quick launch toolbar using VB in Windows XP, or 2000?

Create a shortcut in the folder:
\Documents And Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\

That is the same thing I have heard from everybody.  That is for Window 98.  I do not have that folder anywhere on my computer.

You were right.  That folder was hidden.  That is step one.  Now, how do you do that with vb?
