error 430

 i developed an application using VB6 MS-Access and crystal report.
Now i want to install it on 98 and NT but after running successful setup whien i tried run the application its shows
Run time error 430 "Class Does not support Automation or does not support expected interface "
i know somthing is missing but i dont know wht exact missing. i run MDAC.exe seperately and also DCOM98 latest verson from microsoft.com but problem is still there.

 i developed package using WIN2K.

Its urgent.
