Is it possible in windows98 to remote shutdown a network system with out extra utilities ?

Is it possible in windows98 to remote shutdown a network system with out extra utilities ?I want to control a remote system on my network from a 98 system by using rundll.exe..?In fact I can do shut down my own system by using rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows. is there any similar command line through we can define ipaddress of a network ststem...help plz...thanks in advance

i know that it is possible with NOS but want I was looking for any trick with registry...! but no way
