What Is systcfg32.exe ?

For some unknown reason, my ZoneAlarm asked me a couple of days ago if I wanted to allow  systcfg32.exe to access the Internet. Have had ZoneAlarm for quite some time and this is the first time it prompted me. The only change I have made recently to my sysyem is an automatic Windows Update. I have searched for info on this application on the Internet and there is none. This is located in Winnit. Any help?

This link you posted states  "syscfg32" not "systcfg32". I have the latter. Still a virus? If so, I can not find the removal tool. Also I have Norton installed and run Panda ActiveScan. ??
Are you sure it's "systcfg" and not "syscfg"??

I suspected you either misread or mistyped it.

Did not misread or mistype. I have found that this added a reg key for "Configuration  Loader", and am beginning to find info that this is the hint that it is a virus and could have a variant of filenames. Configuration Loader has been added to my Startup ( PC Forrest Startman), and the site says this is a virus.  ??
Why is the world did you accept my comment?  You said this was NOT the issue!

I accept your answer because I did have a virus. I did not misstype the filename. This virus SDBOT has a variant of filenames. So, you were correct,(read through posts), intelling me that I may have a virus.
