Hi all
I have a question about multicastsocket which extends datagramsocket.
I have a Server program and a Client one. I open the socket and join the group in the Client at the begning of the program even befor the Sender send the multicast message but the receive come later in the Client.I mean that the sender sends the message and even that the socket is opening in the Client I don't get that message. So does it means that when we open a socket we have a buffer saving whats is coming and when we are calling receive we are reading from that buffer or what I understand is wrong?
with regards
