Not between statement...

Hi,

Problably my question is very simple but i can't get it right...
I have an integer variable and want to check if it's between 2 numbers...like this:

if interger1 not between 20 and 30 then
   statement1
else
   statement2
end if

what is the correct syntaxis for this statement?!?! I cant figure it out and the powerbuilder help file is also not very helpfull...

This is the code in PowerBuilder

IF (integer1 < 20) OR (integer1 > 30) THEN
     statement1
ELSE
     statement2
END IF
