OPEN PORTS IN ISASERVER

Go to ISA Mgmt, Go to Policy Elements, Protocol definitions, right click - new definition, provide a name like "ProgramName (In)", next, post # 8000 TCP Inbound, next, create a range 8001 - 8009 Inbound.  When you finish create another definition following the same steps called "ProgramName (out)", but this time select outbound.

Then go to Access Policy, Protocol Rules and create a new rule using defined protocols.  Look up the two definitions you just defined and select both, set the rule to allow.

I tried the solution and with a negative result. I think a need to open something else, but i don´t know.

What is the application perhaps I know the ports?

If appears an screen asking for a secure certificate then OK, if not (my case) the page will be blank,and this mean that the ports 8000-8009 are closed. THANKS

I do not have those ports open and window appeared requesting a certificate, but it would not allow me to pick one, nor was there a certificate present in the box.  Have you tried from outside an ISA server?  Perhaps they have this page configured improperly on their website?

If I try from outside an ISA server, I can view the page perfectly. The problem is that I need to use the ISA SERVER. I have  spoken with them and they have given me that they haven't any problem with ISA server. I DON`T KNOW TO DO. Thanks

Se produjo el error 403 (byrule). Las causas que con mayor frecuencia producen este error son las siguientes:  
Estar intentando acceder a un servicio de la AEAT en el que se requiere identificación del solicitante. Esta identificación se realiza automáticamente si el equipo de quien se conecta tiene correctamente instalado un certificado de usuario.

This error "ERROR 403 byrule " How do you see it? With ISA or Without ISA.
I see the error when I'm connected without ISA. With ISA the browser don't report any error. It`s blank

The error means that you don't have a certificate.
