Getting a linked window to pop up at a certain size

If you click on this page http://www.rcsoundselectronics.com/cgi-bin/store/commerce.cgi?keywords=ALP7872 and then click on the link that say Click to Enlarge Image, a LARGE page pops up.

I want to make the popup much smaller.  What can I add to the link to make that happen. I assume it's some kind of javascript.  I assume I can specify heighth and width?

I would like the solution to be compatible with relativly recent versions of Netscape and Explorer.
