One page is for making  selection on the radio buttons and the other page should be loaded when a corresponding button is selected.

if i m not wrong then u want to load 2nd page only if radio button is selected. if yes then use follwing code:

<script language="JavaScript">
   var strA = document.frmname.radio.value;
   if(strA=="")
   {
        //code for error
   }
   else
   {
       //code to load 2nd page
   }
</script>

in 1st html

<input type = "radio" name="radio" value="yes">if want to load 2nd page
<input type = "radio" name="radio" value="">not to load

i hope this will solve ur prob..if not comment again
